For almost a decade, the free Lowe’s Build & Grow workshop clinics were a staple monthly freebie. Just like the free Home Depot Kids Workshop, you could take your children to Lowe’s on certain weekends and come away with a cool, custom built freebie.
Unfortunately, Lowe’s cancelled most of these events in 2016 and put the final nail in the coffin by 2017. 😢 About a year ago, I started hearing rumblings that they were on their way back. This past summer, they were rolled out in very limited locations. Not perfect, but it was a good sign trending in the right direction.
Today I noticed the next free Lowe’s DIY Kids Clinic will be held on Saturday, February 8 and registration was open for all the random zip codes I checked!
Free Love Note Holder
Valentine’s Day is almost here! This month’s project is perfect for holding all your child’s Valentine’s cards and treats! Sign them up and join us on Saturday, February 8th! Space is limited, so register today!
To see if your store is participating, enter your zip code here, then click on the “DIY KIDS’ WORKSHOP” button next to your store.
And like I said, don’t forget about the free Home Depot Kids Workshop still running! This monthly, free workshop occurs from 9am-noon on specific Saturdays. Kids are provided with all necessary equipment and safety gear and get to take home their free masterpiece!
I’ll keep both this Lowe’s and the Home Depot posts updated with each next free session, so keep them bookmarked and check back often.
